Irish Charity Gets Payonomy Solutions for Salesforce.com

Trocaire, the official overseas development agency of the Catholic Church in Ireland, goes live with Payonomy Payment processing for Salesforce.com & Drupal Ubercart.

• Trocaire have implemented integrated Contact centre & eCommerce payments.
• Salesforce.com has been chosen as the core CRM for Donor management.
• Drupal Ubercart has been used to power the eCommerce shopping cart.
• Donations can be one-off or recurring and processed in Sterling or Euro.

Trocaire use the Payonomy applications to manage the collection of all Donations both in the contact centre and via their web site.

In the contact centre, the application allows the call handler to take single donations from Credit and Debit cards, or to set-up recurring Card Payments and Direct Debit Instructions for continuous giving within the user interface of the Donor management system.

Using the Payonomy E-Commerce solution enables Transactions to be written to the Salesforce CRM in real time. The Payonomy eCommerce Card Payment solution has been integrated with Drupal Ubercart.
